i am seeing this when 2 artifacts have the same name (in my particular situation pipelines) despite the fact that they reside in 2 different BizTalk assemblies... i can't seem to find any sort of ...

I get the following error when trying to generate documentation against a remote BizTalk server. The tool works fine when run from the remote server directly.

Found with change set 3441 and 4081.( except with 4081 you can select multiple applications in "specific documentation type" option).

If you select multiple applications to document in the UI, only one (the first one) will be documented.
